This month may seem like it's too easy for you child, but they are learning tons this month. They will be learning new rules, how to play with others, share and take turns, how to listen and follow directions.
Preschool Rules
I keep the rules at preschool very simple, but they cover almost every situation. I have them posted on my Calendar Wall.
1. Hands to yourselves - this includes all body parts and objects
2. Walking Feet
3. Use your words when you're angry
4. Raise your hand
5. Keep the room clean
6. Listen to your teacher
I do give reminders of the rules and redirection until they master the rules. At the beginning of the year I will use words and actions to remind them of the rules. As they master the rules I can ask them "What's the rule?" and they can repeat it to me. I will let you know if there are any problems.
I'm excited for a great year.
